Edutech

Edutech AI Solutions

A school runs on the same primitives as any business — people, money, assets and compliance — but usually on six disconnected tools and a lot of goodwill. NGSPURS puts records, attendance, fees, inventory and parent communication into one system, with AI doing the parts that used to eat a teacher's morning.

  • AI attendance
  • Student records
  • Fee reconciliation
  • Parent app

The problem

What your current process cannot see

The administrative load on a school is not caused by complexity. It is caused by the same fact being entered by hand into five different places.

Roll call costs a lesson a week

Ten minutes a period, every period, in every classroom. Multiply it across a term and attendance has consumed more hours than most electives.

0 minlost per class, per day

Fee reconciliation runs on a spreadsheet

Payments arrive across four channels and get matched by hand. Errors surface at audit, and the outstanding figure is never quite the same twice.

0%of fee records need manual correction

Parents find out last

An absence, a fee reminder or an incident travels by diary note and word of mouth, so the first the family hears of it is often too late to matter.

0 daystypical lag before a parent is informed

Nobody knows what the school owns

Lab equipment, library stock, devices and furniture live in a register that was last reconciled two principals ago.

0 auditsof asset stock in the last year

One system, and the morning back.

Try a different approach

Same cameras. Different outcome.

The infrastructure does not change. What changes is whether anything is watching it, and whether what it sees reaches the person who can act.

Without NGSPURSEdutech
  • Roll call by hand in every period
  • Fees matched across four channels manually
  • Parents informed by diary note
  • Student records split across registers and files
  • Assets and inventory on an unreconciled register
With NGSPURSEdutech
  • Attendance captured at entry, flagged by exception
  • Payments reconciled automatically with dues ageing
  • Parents notified the moment something changes
  • One student record from admission to alumni
  • Asset register with location, custody and condition
What it detects

Built for edutech conditions

A school ERP with vision AI where it earns its place, and plain good software everywhere else.

AI attendance and exam proctoring

Face-verified attendance at entry and in class, plus proctoring support for examinations, with exception-only review for staff.

Student information system

One record per student from admission through results, transfers and alumni, with documents, health notes and guardian details attached.

Fees, payroll and accounting

Fee structures, concessions, multi-channel collection, automated reconciliation, staff payroll and a ledger your auditor can follow.

Parent and guardian app

Attendance, results, fee dues, circulars and gate notifications delivered to the family in the language they read.

Campus safety and access

Gate access control, bus boarding verification, visitor management and perimeter alerts across the campus.

Inventory and asset register

Lab, library, device and furniture stock with custody, condition and procurement history, reconciled rather than remembered.

How it works

Detect. Understand. Act.

An alert on its own is noise. The value is in what happens between the event and the fix — and that is the part most systems leave to you.

01 Detect

412 students marked present before the first bell

Attendance is captured at the gate as students walk in — no register, no roll call, no teacher losing the first ten minutes. Only the exceptions reach a human: fourteen absent, three arriving late, one on a bus that has not reported in.

02 Understand

One of those absences is the fourth Thursday in a row

A single absence is a sick day. The same student, the same weekday, four weeks running, with fee dues ageing past ninety days in the same record, is a pattern the class teacher and the office should have seen a month ago.

03 Act

A call that is actually informed

The office reaches the family the same morning with the full picture rather than a generic absence notice, and a concession request is opened instead of a defaulter letter. The child stays enrolled, which is the only outcome that mattered.

Who it's for

One deployment, three different jobs

The same data, presented for the decision each role actually has to make. Nobody should have to read a safety dashboard to find a maintenance answer.

Principals and trustees

The institution, on one page

  • Enrolment, attendance and results trends
  • Fee collection and outstanding ageing
  • Staff attendance and payroll cost
  • Board and inspection packs generated, not compiled

Teachers and coordinators

Less admin, more teaching

  • Attendance handled at the gate, not the desk
  • Marks entry once, results everywhere
  • Exception lists instead of full registers
  • Parent communication without personal numbers

Office and accounts

Reconciliation that finishes

  • Multi-channel fee payments matched automatically
  • Concessions and instalments handled in the system
  • Vendor, payroll and inventory in one ledger
  • Audit trail on every financial entry
Ask the team

The questions we actually get asked

What edutech teams want to know before they commit to a pilot.

It is a decision each school should make deliberately, and the system does not require it. Attendance can run on RFID cards, a tap terminal or teacher-marked registers instead. Where schools do choose face verification, templates are stored as non-reversible encodings rather than photographs, processing stays on campus, and guardian consent is captured and revocable.
